Prior to registration, students that are not enrolled in MISD are expected to consult with their enrolled district regarding course selections and the acceptability of the certificate of completion. If the student resides within the McKinney ISD zone, the student will be charged the same rate as MISD students per course each semester. If the student resides outside of the McKinney ISD attendance zone, the student will be charged an out of district rate of $230 per course each semester.

High School Enrichment Opportunities

Rising 11th Graders PSAT Scholars – The McKinney ISD Summer PSAT preparation program targets rising junior students (school year 2019-20) who scored in the top 10% on the 10th grade PSAT for instruction that can help increase their scores on the October 2019 PSAT/NMSQT. The instructors for the prep sessions are MISD teachers, who have been trained in instructional content and strategies for the redesigned PSAT and SAT. They are experienced veteran teachers, who conducted PSAT/SAT training for several years in a variety of settings and to a variety of student populations.
