New McKinney ISD Student Help Desk System Now Available

McKinney, TX — The McKinney ISD Technology Department is now introducing a new online Student Help Desk system which will improve its ability to support students.

If you have submitted a request to the student help email ([email protected]), the Technology Department is working through those requests as quickly as possible. It is not necessary to enter an additional Help Desk support ticket at this time. Beginning Monday, August 31, the Student Help email will no longer be monitored.

The new Help Desk system can be found on the MISD Technology page.

Entering a Help Desk Ticket
To enter a Help Desk support ticket, click the link below. You will be prompted for your username (your student ID) and your MISD password. Enter a ticket by clicking on “Submit New Ticket.” Please be as detailed as possible in the description of your problem and include your telephone number and email address in the ticket.

Many of the questions the Help Desk receives can be resolved by visiting the MISD “Self Help” page.
