New Temporary Worker Orientation

Please complete the steps below only after receiving official notification from Human Resources to begin the new temporary worker orientation.

All new temporary workers are required to complete the new temporary worker orientation before attending scheduled in-house orientation.

Step 1: New Temporary Worker Orientation Online Presentation

Step 2: Reporting Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect

All school personnel are required to complete Reporting Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect training.

Complete the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services’ Reporting Suspected
Abuse or Neglect of a Child training dfps.state.tx.us.

Submit Certificate of Completion to [email protected].

Step 3: View Standard Response Protocol Video

Step 4: Contact the temporary office to schedule in-house orientation.

Step 5: Required Documents

To expedite the process, complete and submit the documents below prior to in-house orientation.

  • Acknowledgement of Alliance direct contraction program
  • Confidentiality of Certain Personal Employee Information
  • DFPS – Reporting Suspected Abuse or Neglect of a Child Certificate
  • Direct Deposit Form – (Optional)
  • Form W-4
  • Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
  • Job Description ( if applicable)
  • Proof of Education – College transcript (e-script directly from college is acceptable) or copy of high school diploma or official high school transcript
  • Technology Resources Acceptable Use Employee Agreement
  • Temporary Worker TRS acknowledgement

Step 6: New Temporary Worker Orientation

What to bring:

  • Identification documents – Required to complete Form I-9 (See Form I-9 for list of acceptable documents.)
  • Proof of Education – Official college transcript (copy of high school diploma or official high school transcript, if non-degreed) if not previously submitted.
