“Mental health and stress management are more important than ever as we all navigate the prolonged stress of the pandemic together,” said Jennifer Akins, MISD Sr. Director of Guidance and Counseling. “We hope this resource will help your family by providing relevant information, tools to develop healthy habits and access to community resources as needed.”
Keep Talking: Mental Health Awareness for Parents was developed by MISD’s local IMPACT counseling team with support from other MISD staff. It is self-paced and features a variety of articles, presentations slides, videos and webinar-style recordings.
