MHS Lions and North Bulldogs Headed to Bi-District: First Round Football Playoff Information (11/17/2017)

McKinney, Texas – After battling their way to a playoff berth Friday night in a win-and-you’re-in thriller with the Little Elm Lobos, the McKinney North Bulldogs face Frisco Centennial this week in first-round 5A Bi-District playoff action.

Meanwhile, the McKinney High School Lions—who came up just inches short of a win in an emotional Crosstown Showdown contest with McKinney Boyd on Friday—will continue into the 6A playoffs this week as they square off against Southlake Carroll for the Bi-District title.

Needing the help of a Plano East win over Plano that didn’t materialize, the Broncos narrowly missed the playoffs, in spite of their hard-fought win over MHS.

All told, it’s been an exciting season of football for McKinney ISD, and there is more football to be played. Here is the first-round playoff information for North and MHS.
