Helping Your Child Manage Anxiety

Bring your lunch and learn about practical ways you can help your child manage anxiety. Topics will include responding to stress, difficulty in social situations, and resisting negative thinking.


This class is a part of MISD's P.O.W.E.R. Parenting series which is designed to serve parents with children of all ages. Join us to explore strategies to effectively communicate, understand developmental issues, provide positive discipline, and relate to your child in a more affirming manner.
