While it was IT Professional's Day last week, we think our district technician, Mr. Cushenberry is THE BEST and deserves a whole month! Malvern recognized him today as our September Flight Leader!

He is nothing short of a superhero. Whether he is jumping into action to deliver iPads directly into students' hands or stepping in to resolve pressing tech needs for teachers, his responsiveness and efficiency are second to none. Balancing the demands of two separate schools is no easy task, yet Sean handles every challenge with such calm, warmth, and dedication that you would swear our campus was his one and only priority. He not only completes every job with remarkable care and skill, but he also takes the extra time to follow up and ensure everyone feels fully supported. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sean on our team!

Our young engineers put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test by designing the most amazing—and safest—skateboards. Through hands-on building, they explored essential safety features while learning key science and engineering concepts.

I am a graduate of Baylor University (Sic 'em Bears!) and received my Master's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas Callier Center for Communication Disorders. My husband Dan and I have 5 adult children and an adorable 14-year-old golden doodle named Ranger. We love to camp, spend time on the lake, and travel.
