Just a friendly reminder that Monday, February 16 is a student holiday in observance of Presidents Day. Our second graders in Ms. Kimmel's class put their measurement skills to the test with a hands-on activity called “A Bed Fit for a Queen!” Scholars explored length and size by measuring and designing a royal-worthy bed, using teamwork, problem-solving, and plenty of creativity. Our Student Lighthouse will be selling Val-O-Grams Monday through Thursday this week. This is a fun way for students to send a sweet message to a favorite teacher, a best pal, a classmate, or any special staff member on campus. Each Val-O-Gram mis $1.
All Val-O-Grams will be delivered on Friday, February 13, just in time to brighten someone’s day!
