Please note the following procedures for exam week:

Dismissal and Campus Access

• Tuesday through Friday, students will be dismissed at 11:20 am.

• Once a student leaves the building, they may not return. This includes leaving for lunch and coming back to take an exam.

• A grab and go sack lunch will be available in the cafeteria from 11:20 am to 12:20 pm.

Tutoring and Exams After Dismissal

• Students who need tutoring or need to make up an exam after the 11:20 am dismissal must arrange it with their teacher in advance and have a pass from that teacher.

Semester Exam Policies

• Semester exams will not be given early.

• Semester exams count for 14.2% of the student’s final semester grade.

• Students who miss an exam will receive a grade of 0 until the exam is made up.

• Missed exams may be made up during the first week of January 2027. Students must contact their teacher to schedule a makeup time. This option is only for students who missed an exam and is not a retake opportunity.
