McKinney ISD is transitioning to a new employment application tracking system. Applicants with existing accounts in the current system (WinOcular) are encouraged to download any personal information or application materials by January 30. Job postings will be available in the new system (Skyward) starting February 1, 2026. All applicants will need to create a new profile to apply.
