Student Tech Support is available in person at the Central Office Help Desk, Monday – Thursday (office is closed on Friday), from June 1 until June 19, during the hours of 9 am -11:30 am & 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm. Students may also get support during the summer by submitting a Technology Help Request. If a student forgets their password, they may visit the Central Office Help Desk or call 469-302-8888.

Laptop Pickup for Current 8th Grade Students

Students must be registered for High School Summer School to pick up a laptop. Students are not required to take a district laptop. However, we can only troubleshoot technology issues on district-provided laptops.

  • MHS: 8 - 10 AM

  • MBHS (@ Dowell MS due to construction on campus): 11 AM - 1 PM

  • MNHS: 2 - 4 PM

• June 1 (First Day of Summer School)
