Join us for a fun week celebrating reading with daily dress-up themes!
Monday: Hats Off to Reading! (Wear a fun hat)
Tuesday: Book Character Dress-Up Day
Wednesday: Wear Red for Reading
Thursday: Wordy Wear (Clothes with words on them)
Friday: Cozy Up and Read (Pajama Day)

ALL WEEK - Kindness Blackout Bingo. Each student and staff member will receive a bingo card on Tuesday. They have all week to get a blackout bingo! Bingo cards can be turned in to the homeroom teacher for a special surprise. (this is a home and school activity – students can bring the bingo to and from school each day if they choose)

Tuesday – Kindness Clips. Kindness Crew will start a Kindness Clip Campaign. These are clothes pins with kind, inspirational sayings that staff and students can clip on others backpacks or jackets, etc. Once a student receives a clothes pin it is their job to pass it on to a new friend.

Wednesday – Kindness Compliments – this is an activity that all students will do in their classrooms. Look for their compliment sheet to come home on Wednesday to see all the positive comments about your child.

Thursday and Friday 7:40 am – 8:00 am–Kindness Cart. The Kindness Cart will have free kindness bookmarks and other items for students. There will also be a drawing station for students to draw a picture or write a kind note to others.
