Need Help Accessing Skyward?

All families should complete their Back-to-School Forms in Skyward as soon as possible.

If you need help accessing your account:

  • Previously used Home Access Center (HAC)? Log in to Skyward using your existing Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

  • New to Skyward or haven't set up SSO? First claim your account through RapidIdentity, then log in to Skyward.

  • Newly enrolled student? Use the student ID information you received to set up your account.

If you're having trouble logging in or accessing Skyward, submit a help ticket through the Skyward Help webpage at https://www.mckinneyisd.net/page/skyward-help. This is the fastest way to receive assistance, and the district's support team aims to respond as quickly as possible.

Si necesita ayuda para acceder a su cuenta:

* ¿Ya utilizaba el Home Access Center (HAC)? Inicie sesión en Skyward utilizando sus credenciales actuales de inicio de sesión único (SSO).

* ¿Es nuevo en Skyward o aún no ha configurado el SSO? Primero active su cuenta a través de RapidIdentity y luego inicie sesión en Skyward.

* ¿Es un estudiante recién inscrito? Utilice la información de identificación del estudiante que recibió para configurar su cuenta.
