The registrar will contact you about the next steps in the withdrawal process including information regarding:

• Unofficial Transcript

• Final Report Card

• Withdraw Form (including immunization records)

• Any special programs (IEP/504)

Official records are mailed directly to a student’s new campus once an official request is received.
