COLLEGE APPLICATION RESOURCES
The documents linked below provide a step-by-step guide to the college application process, including detailed instructions for each stage. A sample college application tracking sheet is also available for you to make a copy and use throughout the application process.
SENDING COLLEGES STANDARDIZED TEST SCORES:
Important Note on Test Scores: SAT, ACT, and AP test scores are not included on MISD transcripts. Students are responsible for sending official scores directly from the College Board or ACT.
UPDATED GPA AND RANKINGS:
Rank and GPA will be available through your Naviance account. Please check under “My Profile” for this information.
Rising Seniors: Available early-August
Underclassmen: Available late-July
Transcript Requests for College & Scholarship Applications
(Current McKinney Boyd High School Seniors Only)
All transcript requests for college and scholarship applications must be submitted through Naviance.
To request a transcript:
Open the Colleges tab.
Select Manage Transcripts.
Click the blue + (plus) button.
Choose the appropriate transcript request type and submit your request.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing after your request is submitted.
Final transcripts are also requested and sent through Naviance.

Final Transcripts:
All final transcripts are sent through Naviance.
*If you do not need your transcript sent to a college or university, you may request that an official copy be mailed directly to you when you submit the senior exit survey.
Immunization Records:
A copy of your immunization record will be included in the senior packet distributed during graduation practice.
