🍁 A Season of Thanks at Finch Elementary! 🍁
November is the perfect time to show gratitude for the amazing teachers and staff who make a difference every day.
We’d love your help in spreading appreciation! Take a moment to share a few kind words about a teacher or staff member who has impacted you or your child. We’ll deliver your message straight to their door throughout the month of November.
Fill out the quick form here: tinyurl.com/thankfinch
Let’s fill our halls with gratitude and joy this season!

- Sponsor the 1st grade field trip to the Heard Museum and the Kinder field trip to the Crayola Experience
- Show teachers our appreciation during teacher appreciation week!
- Provide a breakfast for teachers for their first day back at school
- Help pay for school supplies
Today, your child will be sent home with a flier with instructions and a QR code to register your student with Raise Craze. We would LOVE to have every student registered so we can track all of the awesome acts of kindness your kids are doing! There will be numerous opportunities at school and at home to do acts of kindness (like our PTO-sponsored Family Service Night on Nov 4 @ 4:30 at the school). In addition to tracking acts of kindness, you can donate money through the Raise Craze portal. If we receive just a $15 donation per student, we'll meet our fundraising goal!
Also, tomorrow November 4th we will have a family service night. We will create placemats for Meals on Wheels, signing/coloring a thank you poster for our firefighters, and we will paint kindness rocks with kind messages written on them so we can give them to anyone that needs a kind note!
