Student Help Desk

The McKinney ISD Technology Department is now introducing a new online Student Help Desk system which will improve our ability to support students. Beginning Monday, August 31, the Student Help email (studenthelp@mckinneyisd.net) will no longer be monitored.

To enter a Help Desk support ticket, click the link below. You will be prompted for your username (your student ID) and your MISD password. Enter a ticket by clicking on “Submit New Ticket.” Please be as detailed as possible in the description of your problem and include your telephone number and email address in the ticket.

  • My child is having a problem with an MISD-issued laptop, who do I need to contact?

    If your child is having a problem with an MISD-issued laptop, please review the Student Self Help Center documentation, as many of the questions the Help Desk received can be resolved here.

    If additional assistance is needed, students can submit a Help Desk support ticket here. You will be prompted for your username (your student ID) and your MISD password.   • I missed my child’s designated laptop pickup (for grades 3-9), who should I contact about getting a laptop for my student?

    If you missed your child’s designated laptop pickup (for grades 3–9) please contact your child’s school for information about when you can pick up your child’s laptop.

  • I do not know my student’s ID number, who do I need to contact to get this information?
