The Peer Assistance and Leadership (PALS) program in McKinney ISD is a student-centered leadership initiative that empowers participants to positively impact their campus and community. Through intentional training, mentorship, and service, PALS students develop leadership skills, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility while supporting their peers academically, socially, and emotionally. The program fosters meaningful connections, promotes a culture of inclusion, and encourages students to lead with integrity as they grow into confident, compassionate leaders.
