The goal of the McKinney Community Action Network (CAN) program is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge about the vision, goals, and operations of McKinney ISD. The program aims to pull the curtain back on public education and McKinney ISD. We want to show our stakeholders how each department works to support campuses and our students.

Participants have an opportunity to learn about education trends, departments, curriculum, school finance, school governance, and student programs. Topics will include Fine Arts, Athletics, Academics, Teaching and Learning, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, Technology, Communications, and more.
