Students with a Home Language Survey of English/English in kinder and first grade residing in the consolidated zone who choose to attend Caldwell Academy will receive priority placement, as they are considered in-zone students.

Students in second through fifth grade must meet criteria to attend the Caldwell Academy. 

Emergent bilinguals residing in the consolidated zone who decline the dual program will attend Finch Elementary. 

English/English Home Language Survey: Any new student in the consolidated zone with an English/English Home Language Survey will automatically be enrolled at Finch Elementary.

Any new student residing in the consolidated zone with Spanish in their Home Language Survey will automatically be enrolled at Caldwell until the LPAC determines final placement.
