Executive Director of Special Populations
Brynne Riley has over 24 years of experience in public education, including 21 years of service to McKinney ISD. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Special Populations for McKinney. Throughout her career, Brynne has held various leadership roles, such as Senior Director of Special Populations, Director of Special Education, Special Populations Coordinator, and Special Populations Compliance Officer. In these positions, she demonstrated expertise in assessment, compliance, and special education law.
Brynne began her career as a classroom teacher and later worked as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, bringing a well-rounded perspective to School Leadership. Brynne holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion from East Texas Baptist University.
