Welcome to McKinney ISD’s Community Folder. The Community Folder contains flyers and other information from school-related, non-school-related, and non-profit organizations. These organizations may post information that may be of interest or benefit to students and parents. The information here has been submitted to and approved by the McKinney ISD Communications Department. Check back often for the latest opportunities and information from our community. Listings in this area do not constitute an endorsement of any agency, group, organization, or business by McKinney ISD.

Flyer Approval Process

Flyers and other information posted and approved for distribution districtwide must be youth-oriented, and will be reviewed and approved by the Communications Department.

Non-profit groups may have an electronic flyer distributed to campuses and published on the Community Folder page free of charge.

For-profit groups are asked to make a $250 annual donation. In return, their electronic flyer will be sent to campuses, posted on the Community Folder page, and linked in one parent and staff newsletter.

Flyers require up to 4 business days for approval and expire at the end of each school year.
