MISD Childcare Programs offers Club 360 Summer Program 2026 for students who have finished grades K-5th. Club 360 Summer Program offers students a safe place for fun, hanging out with friends, and making memories.

Parents pay a one-time registration fee and can choose the WEEKS their students attend Club 360 Summer Program.

Registration Fee:  $60 per student

Weekly Tuition*: $200/week

                           $170/week - Sibling Rate

                           $150/week – MISD Employee/FFR

*Week of June 29th – July 1 (Closed July 2nd & July 3rd)

                           $120 – 3-day week

                           $102 – Sibling Rate

                           $90 – MISD Employee Rate/FFR

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• An invoice will be emailed to the primary email on the account for the week enrolled the following Monday.

• Payments are due by Wednesday.

• A $25 Late Payment Fee will be added to your account if payment is not received by Wednesday.

• Enrollment and attendance will be suspended from all Club 360 Programs until the balance is paid in full.

• McKinney ISD accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa payments through our Eleyo account.

• Eleyo emails confirmations for all payments.

• If using the Auto-Pay feature, the parent/guardian will receive an email from Eleyo confirming payment or notification of a failed payment. It remains the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure payment is submitted. If the payment is made after the due date, the late fee will still apply.

• If a payment is returned, a $50 returned payment fee will be charged.

• Club 360 does not accept cash, check, and/or money orders for payment.

Cancellations are due by Monday 9am of the week enrolled. If the cancellations are received after 9am, you will be charged for that week.
