McKinney ISD tuition-based preschools are available at Bennett Elementary, Malvern Elementary, Eddins Elementary, Wolford Elementary, and Johnson Elementary.

MISD offers a preschool experience for children 3 years – prekindergarten (children who are younger than 5 years on September 1).

MISD Childcare Preschools follow the McKinney ISD academic calendar.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.  

School instructional hours are 7:45 a.m.-2:45 p.m. with extended care available from 7:00-7:45 a.m. and 2:45-6:00 p.m. Students are required to attend 7:45 a.m.-2:45 p.m.

Drop-In Care is not available.

MISD Childcare Preschools are licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services and inspected regularly.
