Join us on Monday, October 7, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm for an evening of food and fun at Vega's Literacy & STEAM Night! Enjoy a meal from In-N-Out and participate in literacy & STEAM activities. The book fair will also be open. Please note that In-N-Out meal service will be from 6:00 to 7:00 pm only, and refunds will not be issued for late arrivals after 7:00 pm. Literacy/STEAM activities and the book fair will be open until 7:30. Meal tickets are $5.00 per person, and include a burger or cheeseburger, a drink, and chips. Tickets must be purchased in advance and can be bought with cash or checks made payable to Vega Elementary. Forms and payment are due by Tuesday, October 1st. In-N-Out tickets will be available for pickup outside of the cafeteria on the night of the event. Meet the Teacher Night, August 5, 2024 5:30-6:30 P.M. We can't wait to see our new and returning Vega Families at "Meet the Teacher Night!” Your child's teacher will call to introduce themselves on the afternoon of August 2nd. For your child to be on a class list, please make sure you have completed your required enrollment. PTA will be selling new Vega Spirit Wear (cash and debit cards accepted). Welcome Back, All Stars! First day of school is August 8th. School Hours: Doors open at 7:30 am. Students arriving between 7:15am-7:30am will report to the cafeteria where they may eat breakfast or read quietly. Morning announcements begin at 7:55 am. Students are tardy if arriving after 8 am. NEW! School now dismisses at 3:10 pm.
