Elementary Testing Window (Grades K-5th)

Kindergarten through 5th Grade Referral Cycles

Please review the following information regarding the fall and spring evaluation windows for elementary students.

Universal Kindergarten Screening

The Universal Screening process for all Kindergarten students will be completed in October.

  • Results: Reports were shared with all families in December.

1st and 2nd Grade Referral Cycle

The referral window is open for 1st and 2nd-grade students until September 24th, 2026.

  • Late Policy: Due to the high volume of students currently being evaluated, we are unable to accept referrals after the established deadline.

  • Testing Schedule: Parents and guardians will receive a testing flyer via email detailing their student’s specific date and time. Testing sessions are scheduled for:

    • November 7 (2nd Grade)

    • November 14 (1st Grade)

    • December 12 (1st & 2nd Grades)

    • January 4 (1st & 2nd Grades)

  • Results: All final results for this cycle will be sent to home addresses via USPS.

3rd through 5th Grade Referral Cycle

The referral window is open for students in grades 3rd–5th until January 20th, 2027.

  • Late Policy: To ensure a timely evaluation for all applicants, no referrals will be accepted after the January 20th deadline.

  • Testing Schedule: Parents and guardians will receive a testing flyer via email with their student’s assigned date and time. Testing sessions are scheduled for:

    • February 20 (5th Grade)

    • March 6 (4th Grade)

    • April 10 (3rd Grade)

    • April 24 (3rd - 5th Grades)

    • June 2 (3rd - 5th Grades)

  • Results: All final results for this cycle will be sent to home addresses via USPS.

Secondary

6th Through 12th Grade Secondary Referral Cycles

Please review the following information regarding the fall and spring evaluation windows for secondary students.

6th–12th Grade Fall Referral Cycle

The Fall Referral Window is open for secondary students until September 24, 2026.

  • Testing Schedule: Parents and guardians will receive a testing flyer via email detailing their student’s specific date and time. Secondary testing sessions are scheduled for:

    • November 7

    • November 14

    • December 12

  • Results: All final results for the fall cycle will be sent to home addresses via USPS.

6th–12th Grade Spring Referral Cycle

The Spring Referral Window is open for students in grades 6–12 until January 20, 2027.

  • Late Policy: Due to the high number of students being evaluated, referrals will not be accepted after the January 21st deadline.

  • Testing Schedule: Parents and guardians will receive a testing flyer via email with their student’s assigned date and time. Secondary testing sessions are scheduled for:

    • February 20

    • March 6

    • April 24

    • June 2

  • Results: All final results for the spring cycle will be sent to home addresses via USPS.
