Summer Requests for Verification of Enrollment (VOE)

VOE REQUEST FORM

VOE's will be emailed to the requestor within 24 hours of receipt.  Please note that McKinney Boyd offices are open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 - 11:00am and 1:00 - 3:00pm. We are closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Any VOE request made after 3:00pm on a Wednesday, will be completed the following Monday morning. 

MISD offices are closed for holiday the week of June 30th - July 4th.

Verification of Enrollment (VOE) during School Year

  1. Request a VOE by visiting your House Office.

  2. Student’s attendance must be at 90% (no more than 9 absences).

  3. A 24-hour notification is required to process a request.

  4. After the VOE has been processed, it may be picked up in the student’s House Office.

  5. A VOE is good for 30 days.

  6. A student’s signature is required on the VOE.
