MBHS ALUMNI/FORMER STUDENTS TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION:

MISD has partnered with Parchment, a third-party vendor, to manage transcript requests from former students.

Parchment Fee Per Request: $15.00

Third-Party Verification Fee: $30.00

This e-Transcript exchange service only applies to former students.

There is a short authentication process with Parchment to securely send your transcripts electronically to your designated recipients. This online service is available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

McKinney Boyd High School Parchment Transcript Requests

CURRENT MBHS NON-SENIOR STUDENTS:

You may request a transcript via email at MBHSRegistrar@mckinneyisd.net or stop by the Main Office to complete a Transcript Request Form. Please allow 5-7 business days to fulfill the request.

CURRENT JUNIORS/RISING SENIORS:

Beginning in mid-July, please request transcripts to be sent to the colleges and/or universities to which you are applying through Naviance.

Be sure to send your SAT, AP, and ACT test scores through the College Board or ACT.

If you are attending a college visit, you may want to carry a transcript with you. These are available in your HAC account.

Note: If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parents signature on the transcript, per FERPA regulations.

UPDATED GPA AND RANKINGS:

Rank and GPA will be available through your Naviance account. Please check under “My Profile” for this information.

• Rising Seniors: Available mid-July

• Underclassmen: Available late-July

CURRENT MBHS SENIORS ONLY:

Senior final transcripts will be sent through Naviance.  If you have not already requested a final transcript in Naviance, please do so.  If you are not sending your transcript to a college/university you may choose to have one mailed to you.  Please make all requests in Naviance.

Shot records will be included in your senior packet that you receive at graduation practice.
