If you know that your student will not be returning to MISD for the 26/27 SY, please complete the withdrawal request form and return ASAP, 26/27 Request to Withdraw indicating your student’s last day attending. All MISD issued electronics, instruments, equipment, library books, and outstanding fees will need to be satisfied prior to May 21st, in order to complete the withdrawal process.
