McKinney ISD's graduations will be held on Monday, May 23 at Credit Union of Texas Event Center. Times are as follows: McKinney North High School at 9 a.m.; McKinney Boyd High School at 1 p.m.; McKinney High School at 5:30 p.m. Live streaming will be available for each ceremony at www.mckinneyisd.net/graduation/.

Sperry Dedication, Stellar Design and Sold Out Shows Make for Grand Opening at MHS Performing Arts Center

On Jan. 31, 2019, a new era dawned in McKinney High School fine arts as the district officially opened the brand-new, 1,000 seat MHS Performing Arts Center. District officials also unveiled the Sperry Performance Hall, named in honor of longtime member of the Board of Trustees, Lynn Sperry, and her husband Neil for their staunch support of MISD fine arts. And, the MHS production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “The Phantom of the Opera” enjoyed a near-capacity audience that night followed by two sold out performances to round out a highly successful three-show run.
