McNeil Elementary was built in 2001 and named after Arthur McNeil. We have had the privilege of serving thousands of children.

Our Mission: We invest in our future by providing a safe environment to engage, educate and empower every student, every day.

Mustang of the Month Program: To be selected as a Mustang of the Month means you have been recognized by your teacher for exhibiting the character trait of the month. Our students have the ability to make positive choices on a daily basis, and nominating them to be a Mustang of the Month is just one way we can let them know their efforts are appreciated. Our Mustangs of the Month are recognized at our monthly Mustang Roundup assembly.

2025-2026 School Year

Elementary Arrival Time & School Hours for 2025-2026

As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, we want to share an important updated regarding student arrival and school hours at our elementary campuses.

Beginning the 2025-2026 school year:

• Doors will be open to students at 7:40 am (30 minutes before school starts).

• School hours will be 8:10 am to 3:20 pm.

• Daily attendance will be taken at 9:30 am. Students arriving after 9:30, will be marked absent.

In previous years, some families utilized early drop-off beginning at 7:15 am. Moving forward, all campuses will follow the updated 7:40 am arrival time to ensure consistent supervision and a safe, well-structured start to each day.

We're sharing this information early to help families plan ahead and make any necessary adjustments before school resumes in August.
