I checked my student out, but the absence is still not coded. What do I do?

If your student’s absence has not been updated after checkout, here are a few possible reasons and next steps:

  • Absence Form at Checkout: When checking out your student, you should have been asked to complete an absence form. If this did not happen due to a busy front desk, please submit a note via the online absence submission form or have your student bring a handwritten note to their House Office.

  • Processing Time: On busy days, attendance notes may take additional time to be processed. If your submitted note has not been coded within 48 hours, please reach out to your student’s House Office Secretary for assistance.
