Bridgette Pineau is our Head Choir Director, and she has been teaching middle school and high school choir for the past 8 years. Ms. Pineau graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Music - Vocal Music Education, Magna Cum Laude in 2019. Before coming to McKinney ISD, she taught in Carrollton-Farmer’s Branch ISD and Lewisville ISD. In addition to her teaching duties, Ms. Pineau also serves as Alto Section Leader at Spring Valley UMC, and she is an active member of TCDA and TMEA. Ms. Pineau also loves working out, reading, and watching really bad reality TV in her free time.

Laurel Kroesch is excited to begin her 6th year of teaching! Ms. Kroesch graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Music - Vocal Music Education in 2021 with honors. Before coming to McKinney ISD, Ms. Kroesch served as head director of a 6th-12th grade program and most recently served as an assistant choir director in Lewisville ISD. She is an active member of TCDA and TMEA. Ms. Kroesch is looking forward to collaborating with Ms. Pineau and supporting and making music with Faubion singers! She enjoys Jersey Mikes, going to dance classes, and walking with her dog, Penny.

Michael Loeffler is a passionate music educator entering his eighth year of teaching. Originally from Washington state, his love for music began in fifth grade choir and has grown ever since. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Music Education from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, before beginning his teaching career in Colorado. Over the years, Mr. Loeffler has taught choir and theater in both Colorado and Texas. He currently teaches elementary music and middle/high school theater part-time at Grace Covenant Academy in Frisco, on top of teaching private voice lessons, where his students have found success at UIL, All-State/All-Region auditions, and Solo & Ensemble. Outside the classroom, Michael enjoys playing board games with friends and spending quality time watching shows with his wife, Emily, and their cat, Muffin.
