My name is Kristen Manning I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Art Education from the University of North Texas. I am passionate about creating a classroom where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity, express themselves, and develop their artistic skills.

My favorite part of teaching art is seeing students discover what they are capable of. I love watching their confidence grow as they try new techniques, develop their own ideas, and see their artistic abilities improve throughout the year. My goal is to help every student feel proud of their creativity and excited about making art!

Hi! I’m Ms. Gerbig, and I love being a part of the FMS Art team! I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2023 with my Bachelor’s in Art Education. My goal as an educator is to help students discover their unique creative voices through experimentation and visual expression. While I love exploring all artistic processes in the studio, my personal favorite mediums are acrylic paint, graphite, and ceramics. Outside of the classroom, you can usually find me curled up with a good book or playing with my puppy, Saige!
