Evans 6th grade theatre club (6TC) is open to any 6th grader interested in learning more about theatre. During 6TC, we play theatre games and learn about backstage theatre jobs, basic acting techniques, and auditions. We end the year with a 6TC play. We meet during Panther Time on Thursdays.
DOLLS

DOLLS stands for Daughters of our Lord and Living Savior. We are a student-initiated and student-led Christian club that meets weekly on campus. Please join us! DOLLS meets every Monday after school in D109 from 4:00 – 5:15 pm.
National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)

The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an organization established to recognize outstanding students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Citizenship, and Character. Students who qualify will be invited to apply and be inducted into the organization.

Our mission each year is to provide leadership opportunities for interested students by planning and managing projects and activities that will lead our student body in community service, school pride, and school spirit. We meet on Fridays during Panther Time. Students interested in joining can apply next school year.

Academic UIL allows kids to show their knowledge and compete in academics. There are 17 events to choose from, with weekly practices with a coach for that event. Check out the document that explains each event offered in middle school. It’s a great way to be involved at Evans!
