Parents can enroll their new students to McKinney ISD as well as update their returning student’s information through our online registration process, or by visiting the school the student is zoned for. This is determined by the student’s physical home address. Parents and students can use the School Locator to determine zoned campus.

Before you make any relocation decisions, please contact the front office of the school listed on the search, to verify the address’ home campus.

Prior to visiting the campus, it is recommended that parents complete the online registration forms for each new student.

There are three English and Spanish online registration modules, two for new to district students and one for returning students. To obtain more information and complete the online registration process, please visit the 2023-24 New Student Enrollment page, the 2024-25 New Student Enrollment page, or the Returning Student Enrollment page found in this section of the website.

The registration forms for the 2024-25 school year will become available on March 1st for incoming KG – 5th graders. New Student registration for 2024-25 Head Start & Pre-K will be held from April 1st – May 23, 2024. Registration is on a first come first served basis.
