Care Van - Free Immunizations

The Care Van offers free immunizations for uninsured or no vaccine insurance coverage students from infants to 18 years of age.

Please note that the child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A copy of the child's immunization record is necessary. No appointment necessary.
