MET provides the district an outlet for timely information on a wide spectrum of topics from PTA/PTO meetings to campus events, testing dates, and student activities.
MET returns this year with season four of Sports Talk, 60 minutes dedicated to McKinney ISD high school sports. Go behind the scenes with the coaches and athletes as they discuss future match-ups and commentate on their most recent play-by-play game reels. Sports Talk kicks off in August with football highlights and continues during the school year with various featured athletic teams from the three McKinney ISD high schools. The show is hosted by Mike Bruck, the voice of McKinney ISD Ron Poe Stadium.
For those students and parents preparing for the college-making process, Campus Road Trip is a must see! This 30-minute journey throughout the United States features some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country. Join us as our hosts introduce video segments from campuses across the country and help students and parents experience a glimpse of prospective colleges. Each Campus Road Trip also visits the Counselors Corner for good advice and timely information on everything from financial aid to college application deadlines. This five-part series emphasizes the benefits of college and provides candid and personal encouragement from administrators, teachers and former students of McKinney ISD.

Catch special programming on the districts scholastic achievements, like Blue Ribbon schools and the Distinguished Students Banquet, and fine arts events, like choir concerts, musicals and art shows - all year long, only on MET!

Just before the top of each hour, MET will broadcast a short McKinney ISD update so that viewers can quickly catch up on recent district news.
