Purchases made from vendors utilizing Interlocal Contracts is an approved method for purchases as noted in Education Code 44.0312.

When requesting quotes from the vendors on this list, provide the Bid/Proposal number and tell the vendor that McKinney ISD is purchasing through an Interlocal Agreement established with the awarded entity.
