The firm, assisted by district staff, conducted two self-administered surveys: one for all parents in the district and the other for all district employees. These surveys duplicated numerous questions presented to respondents in the three prior years in which this project has been undertaken: 1996, 1998, and 2001. As a component of the district's citizen involvement program, the information gathered in this comprehensive survey summary report will allow elected officials, district staff and interested citizens to better understand the relationship between the viewpoints of these two primary groups when analyzing education in the district.
