MISD Preschools

MISD Child Care Programs is proud to offer 4 preschool options this year in addition to the new Infant and Toddler Center at the Herman Lawson Early Childhood Center. All of these options are exclusively available to our wonderful MISD staff families with young children!

MISD Preschools serve children ages 2 through 5 (incoming kindergarten). There are 4 locations across the district for your convenience. These are:

 
  • MISD Preschool at McKinney North High School
  • MISD Preschool at McKinney High School
  • MISD Preschool at McKinney Boyd High School
  • MISD Preschool at Herman Lawson Early Childhood Center (our newest location)


MISD Preschool Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our preschools have a certified teacher onsite who also serves as the preschool director. MISD Preschools are licensed by the State of Texas under the Department of Family and Child Protective Services.
