MISD offers an employee preschool for children ages 2 through 5 (incoming kindergarten) called Little Messages. Currently, Little Messages is located at McKinney High School, McKinney Boyd High School and McKinney North High School. The hours of the preschool are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The program has a certified teacher who also serves as the daycare director. It is licensed by the State of Texas under the Department of Daycare Licensing. The preschool currently has a waiting list.
