Enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year Club 360 After School is now taking place for Elementary Students only. For your covenience, enrollment forms can be downloaded right from this page. Then take your completed forms with payment to one of the following locations:

1. Main Office of Child Care Programs starting Monday, July 19th! Visit us during business hours to register or drop completed enrollment paperwork and payment into our drop slot located by the front door anytime!

2. Evans Middle School starting Monday, July 19th through Friday August, 13th 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

3. Walker Elementary starting Monday, July 19th through Friday, July 30th 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We are looking forward to a great year in Club 360 and also to welcoming the newest school McClure Elementary to the Club 360 family! Go Marshalls!!! Middle School Information will be released shortly.
