Enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year Club 360 After School is now taking place for Elementary Students.

Enrollment for the middle school program is now open! The new program is called Club 360TEEN. It is open to all MISD students 6th-8th grade and will be held on the Scott Johnson and Evans Middle School campuses from dismissal time at 3:45 until 6:30 p.m. If you child attends Cockrill, Dowell or Faubion Middle Schools-a Club 360TEEN bus will be available to take them to the program at one of those campuses. The schools are assigned as follows:

Faubion students will be bussed to the program at Scott Johnson Middle School.
Cockrill and Dowell students will be bussed to the program at Evans Middle School.

Please call our office for additional information about the program. The enrollment forms are available for download now at the bottom of this page. All enrollment received before Thursday, August 19th will be eligible for the reduced registration fee!

For your covenience, enrollment forms can be downloaded right from this page. Then take your completed forms with payment to one of the following locations:

1. Main Office of Child Care Programs starting Monday, July 19th! Visit us during business hours to register or drop completed enrollment paperwork and payment into our drop slot located by the front door anytime!

2. Evans Middle School starting Monday, July 19th through Friday August, 13th 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
