LINC

Harvey Oaxaca is the principal of the LINC Center (a self-paced program designed to help students credit deficient or non-traditional students). Prior to serving as the Director of Administrative Services, Mr. Oaxaca served as the Director of the ESL/Bilingual Services/and Career and Technology Education program. He also served as the Principal of Faubion Middle School for nine years and Assistant Principal of the school for two years. He has taught and coached at Naaman Forest High School (Garland), at McMurry University, at Levelland High School, at Sweetwater High School, at McCullough High School (Conroe), and at Jefferson High School (Abilene). In 2006, Oaxaca was inducted into the McMurry University Athletic Hall of Honor, where he played football during college. Mr. Oaxaca earned a Master of Education Administration from Texas A&M University – Commerce, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from McMurry University.

Cynthia Morton is the principal of the three campuses that comprise McKinney Discipline Campuses. Ms. Morton brings more than twenty years experience in education with more than seven years experience in alternative education. She has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, associate principal and campus principal.

Ms. Morton earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Hill College, her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Masters of Education from Texas Woman’s University.

Ms. Morton served as assistant principal at McKinney North High School prior to becoming principal for the McKinney Discipline Campuses.
