Just a friendly reminder, if you have technology problems for me to solve or something for me to do, please use the "Technology Help Request System." This time of year, when I'm really busy, it acts as my "take-a-number" system and "official to-do" list. Central requires this process so that we can document all help requests properly!
Issues will be resolved at two levels:
The first level will be available for on campus staff personnel's needs and concerns.
The second level will have solutions for frequently asked questions by students and others.
