CURRICULUM

A variety of curriculum is offered, including traditional textbook instruction, American Preparatory Institute (API) self-paced studies,  Credits by Exam from Texas Tech University, as well as the opportunity to earn both high school and college credit through Collin County Community College.

For students who have lost educational time, self-paced instruction offers the opportunity to earn high school credits as the course is completed.  The student advances immediately rather than waiting for a semester to begin.  This is a real bonus for those who are motivated to catch up and even surpass their peers.

Serenity High is a T.E.A. designated campus within McKinney I.S.D. and is fully accredited by the State of Texas.
