Forensic Troupe
Forensic Troupe meetings are every first and third Tuesdays in E112 after school.

Key Club
The Key Club Christmas party will be Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 6:30p.m. in G119. We will have a brief meeting with event sign-ups followed by a party and service project. Stop by E202 to get a flyer. Canned goods required for admittance.

Caps, Gowns and Announcements
Attention Seniors: Jostens will be returning to McKinney North High School to take additional cap, gown and announcement orders in the cafeteria on December 3 from 11:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extra packets are available in the main office.

Class Rings
Attention Juniors: Jostens will be in the cafeteria to delivery class rings on December 3 from 11:15 to 5:00.

Green Cord
MANY opportunities for Green Cord are posted in G Hall. Please check them out! Most are wanting help to run Fall Harvest Carnivals and some have prizes!

Green Cord Volunteer Opportunities
ESL Children’s Activity Leaders
While parents are learning English, our Activity Leaders lead their children in games, crafts and reading activities. This volunteer opportunity is on Monday and/or Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m.

K.I.T.E. Volunteers
Help out the Children’s Department with their second Saturday of the month program for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. This volunteer opportunity is on Saturday 12/13 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m.

Shelf Readers
How do the books stay in order at the library? They stay in order with the help of volunteers who go through the shelves and make sure the books are where they belong. This volunteer opportunity is available every day.

Shelvers
Help shelve books that have been returned to the library and keep the library running smoothly. This opportunity is available every day. To volunteer at the library all you need to do is fill out an application. You can pick up an application at the library or go to the library’s website and fill out one online. If you have any questions, please contact either Lisa Bailey, 972-547-7305, or Wendy Turner, 972-547-7319.

National Honor Society Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteer for the Chess Club at Finch Elementary - every Monday and Wednesday morning from 8:15-8:45
