Reading Renaissance and Accelerated Reader

Accelerated Reading is the computerized learning information system designed to help you motivate, monitor and manage student reading practice with three simple steps:  

• The student selects a book.
• The student reads the book.
• The student takes a quiz.

The primary goal is to improve reading.  With improved reading comes several bi-products from the success:

• Accelerated growth in reading ability.
• Foster  a love of reading in all students.
• Develop lifelong readers and critical thinkers.
