Sandra Barber has worked in the field of education for 30 years. She has worked for the McKinney Independent School District for six years. Prior to coming to Malvern she was the principal at Finch Elementary School for four years. Ms. Barber has worked in the Dallas Independent School District and New Orleans public school system. She has taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grade as well as special education classes in middle school. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and special education from Louisiana State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of New Orleans. She earned her administration certification from Texas A&M in Commerce.
